Payment Schedule and Cancellation Policy

Trip to Italy, March 21-31, 2008
Price: $2695**Student price
Adult prices: Single room occupancy +$280
Double room occupancy +$140 Per Person

  • $395 is due upon submission of this application made payable to A La Carte Travel, Inc. by August 30, 2007. A Meeting will be held at Lakewood High School, 9700 W. 8th Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, at 6:00 pm in the Lecture Center where details of the trip will be discussed by Rene Piard, President of A La Carte Travel, and registrations and initial payments may be made at that time. Participants registering that evening will have five consecutive monthly payments of $400 starting September 10, 2007.
  • The final payment of $300 is due by February 10, 2008.
  • You will receive monthly statements from A La Carte Travel.
  • Participants registering after August 30, 2007, will have their program fee schedule adjusted according to their registration date and is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellation notices must be received in writing at the A La Carte Travel office. The following cancellation schedule applies:
  • More than 120 days prior to the departure: 100% refund (minus $300 non- refundable deposit).
  • 45 to 119 days prior to the departure: 50% refund less $300 non-refundable deposit. In addition, all hotel and ground transportation retainers will be deducted from the total reimbursed.
  • There will be no reimbursement for trips cancelled less than 45 days prior to the departure.
  • ALCT reserves the right to adjust program costs in case of adverse exchange rates.
